Art in the Lobby Submission

Please review the guidelines and complete the form below to be considered for Hotel Congress Art in the Lobby exhibitions. Include artwork samples by uploading images or by linking to your website.

Guidelines

Hotel Congress Art in the Lobby exhibitions change quarterly, and we look for a certain aesthetic each quarter as follows:
• December – February: Dillinger Days
• March – May: Agave Heritage Festival
• June – August: This is our annual HOCO Fest poster show
• September – November: Halloween, Day of the Dead

Submission deadlines:
• December – February: November 1st
• March – May: February 1st
• June – August: This is our annual HOCO Fest poster show
• September – November: August 1st

Rules

• All pieces must be wired and ready for hanging
• All pieces must be under 5 lbs
• There must be enough work to fill the two wall panels, each 10′ wide by 5′ tall
• A layout plan is required at least one week prior to hanging
• Information for artwork must be provided at least one week prior to hanging (title, media, size, price)
• Artist biography/statement must be provided at least one week prior to hanging
• Artist contract must be signed at least one week prior to hanging
• Please note, Hotel Congress takes a 40% curator fee for all artwork sold
