On Friday, December 7 & Saturday, December 8, whiskey will take the spotlight as the spirit of choice at Hotel Congress, with a plaza bar dedicated to serving up 12 different extraordinary (read: not your grocery store finds) whiskeys.  USBG Member/Hotel Congress bartender Erika Avizu will be whipping up whiskey cocktails while experts will be on hand to guide you through our picks for the best bourbons and scotches.
