Carl Hanni has been spinning records for music lovers downtown for decades. Many will remember him from the Scratchy Record Show at the Red Room at the Grill (RIP), or from providing the soundtrack for 15+ years of openings at the Etherton Gallery. He’s bringing a new show to the Century Room called the Late Night Lounge, playing a mix heavy on funky jazz from the 1960s and 70s, but broad enough to include cocktail lounge jazz, bossa nova, Ethiojazz and classics from the masters. Keep the groove going til the wee hours as Carl spins vinyl from the beautiful Century Room stage. There will be scratchy records!
