Late Night with Lola Torch & The Torchbearers

($5 General Admission at door / $10 Advanced Reserved) Lola Torch (aka Emilie Marchand) leads The Torchbearers in bringing to life the songs that have influenced her performance over the years. Her love of classic cabaret inspired her to put together this music and these players to create an intimate evening of song and storytelling. During a night with The Torchbearers you can expect to hear Lola’s take on torch songs from the 20’s to 50’s, vintage country, 60’s soul, 70’s classics, and even a few Broadway musical numbers.

Lola Torch has been a staple of the Tucson Burlesque scene since 2006. Performing with Black Cherry Burlesque since the very first show, she continued on to be its producer until the show came to a close in early 2017. Torch then founded and now performs in and produces Tucson Libertine League; a burlesque production company.

As Emilie Marchand, she has been the lead singer in many Tucson bands throughout the past 20 years; The Fashionistas, Pearl Handled Pistol, The Ashes Of Love, and Kiss & The Tells, as well as singing and taking the stage as a solo artist and accompanied by many of Tucson’s finest musicians.”
