We are thrilled to have Simona Fabrizio, an Italian chef from Orvieto, joining Executive Chef Brian Smith in the kitchen to create a menu that shines a light on delicious Italian food created with local Sonoran ingredients for our Italy Meets AZ Dinner!

During her trip to Tucson, Chef Simona has immersed herself in our culture and toured quintessential Tucson gems that showcase why our city has been named a UNESCO City of Gastronomy.
