In the face of these uncertain times regarding COVID-19 and with an overwhelming sense of responsibility, we are choosing to act with compassion and an abundance of caution in order to best protect our guests, employees, and community.

As a pillar of our community, Hotel Congress and Maynards Market & Kitchen are making changes to follow guidelines provided by the Centers for Disease Control to ensure that we protect our guests and staff against the spread of Coronavirus, as well as the common cold and the flu. We are also staying up to date on news and details from the CDC to stay informed as this situation continues to change and develop and to eliminate adding to the stigma of this disease.

Some additional thoughts…

Today is different from any day we’ve ever seen. The comfort of just existing has been compromised for everybody. The effects of this pandemic are causing us all to make changes in our daily lives we’ve never had to make before. But we are strong and capable of making these changes, supporting and looking out for one another, considering those most vulnerable in our community, and treating each other with compassion, respect, and kindness.
