–MOHAMA SAZ–Spanish psych gurus, Mohama Saz are a magic potion made of Mediterranean Psychedelia, Turkish flair with a pinch of flamenco-rock, topped off with Spiritual Jazz grooves – all filtered through the mighty electric Baglama Saz. Their fourth LP, and first official US release, ‘Quemar Las Naves’ (‘Burn the Ships’) transports you to an acid-induced bazaar in a foreign desert, uncertain if it’s past or future. The exotic melodies and relentless grooves imply that their could be danger lurking around any corner. Mohama Saz invites you to let go of your reality and give into the scorching desert sounds of ‘Quemar Las Naves’. Recent California tour was a huge success, the audience danced along to the tunes and every show was a hedonistic communion between band and fans.
