Cup Gives to Community Food Bank for Thanksgiving
TUCSON, ARIZ (October 26, 2012)- Cup Café will be open from 7am – 7pm on Thanksgiving, serving the regular menu plus Thanksgiving specials, beginning at 9am.
As a way to say “thank you” this year, Cup Café is giving $1 from the proceeds of each Thanksgiving feature sold to the Tucson Community Food Bank. Features include:
- Slow roasted turkey with confit leg, house made cranberry sauce, mashed potato, sage dressing, giblet gravy, and sautéed green beans (19)
- Pan seared herb salmon “roulade”, fennel, shallot and lemon compound butter, crispy polenta, grilled asparagus (18)
- House made cast iron corned beef hash, with two poached eggs, whole grain mustard hollandaise, hotel potatoes, choice of toast (12)
- House smoked honey glazed pork shank, mashed sweet potatoes, house made cranberry sauce, sautéed green beans (19)
In addition to the fabulous dessert case, pecan, pumpkin apple and mixed berry pies will also be served. As usual, breakfast begins at 7am, lunch starts at 11am, and dinner begins at 4pm.
