Expect a wait for breakfast on the weekend – itʼs one of the best in town. The build your-own Bloody Mary bar helps the time pass quickly. And be sure to stop by the dessert case – the sweet treats rotating behind glass has a hypnotizing effect.

We invite you to dine with us on the Hotel Congress plaza this coming Devil’s Night. On Sunday, October 30, join us for a spook-tacular evening. To help make the night perfect, we suggest for our guests to wear their best in black for the occasion.

Eary entertainment for the evening provided by Magic Kenny Bang Bang.

Tickets are $65 plus tax and gratuity. Seating is limited to 50 guests; Reserve your seat at the hotel front desk or online.

Sizzling mushroom | Laura Chanel goat cheese | pickled fennel | red lettuce | crispy duck skin | blackberry and lemon vinaigrette
Paired with St. George Bruto Americano, blackberries, lemon zest, house citrus tonic

3rd: Speak No Evil
Cassoulet of pork shoulder| tongue| crispy pork belly| duck confit| scarlet runner beans| frilly salad
Paired with St. George Botanivore Gin, house spiced pear liqueur, rouge vermouth

4th: Devil’s Dessert
Pumpkin trifle| pumpkin ice cream| marshmallow sauce| shaved chocolate| squid ink crumble
