  • Smoked Salmon Frittata: Creme Fraiche Two Ways, Dill, Arugula and Blackberry Salad, Pickled Onion
  • Sleeping Frog Farms Frittata: Chef’s Choice Farm Veggies, Creme Fraiche, Fruit and Berries

Brunch

  • Chicken & Brioche French Toast: Bacon and fingerling hash, smoked agave mustard

Dinner

  • Paella: Duck Confit, white fish, mussels, lardons, saffron rice, watercress, lemon, charred lemon oil
