Mister Bing’s Presents | Danny Sinoff & the Great American Songbook

($25-$35 + DICE fees | 6:30pm Show) Danny Sinoff has spent more than 20 years performing the Great American Songbook in clubs, concert halls, and festivals from Southwest Florida to New York City — The Apollo Theater, Smoke, Chris’ Jazz Café, and beyond. A pianist, baritone vocalist, and bandleader, he keeps alive the tradition of the singing jazz pianist: two instruments in conversation, the piano holding time and harmony as the voice tells the story.

His forthcoming album Make Someone Happy — produced by Ulysses Owens Jr. for Cellar Music Group — brings those decades of work to focus. This evening draws from that repertoire and beyond: well-known standards alongside hidden gems, with the stories behind the composers and the songs. Straight-ahead jazz, built on swing, spontaneity, and direct communication with the room.
