($10-$15 | 7pm & 8:30pm sets) Every Thursday, drummer & producer Pete Swan presents a spotlight on his favorite local musicians. This Thursday come grab a drink and join vocalist Sarah Tolar as she sings and swings through the ages with her quartet!

**Sarah Tolar**

Sarah Tolar is an accomplished performer, vocalist, songwriter, producer & music educator. Sarah recorded two full-length albums of her original compositions, performed throughout the United States, Europe, China and Canada and appeared on several television shows including the Today Show & The Late Show with David Letterman. Sarah graduated with honors from the University of North Texas with a Bachelor of Music and a Masters of Music in jazz performance. While in Texas, Sarah earned Downbeats prestigious Best College Female Vocalist Award and began performing with her jazz quartet throughout Dallas and Ft. Worth. Upon graduating, Sarah moved to New York City and began working as a live music producer. She directed a 15-piece ensemble giving performances in New York City, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Florida, and California, & had the opportunity to work with James Taylor, Jon Bon Jovi, and Billy Joel among others.
