($25-$35 | 7pm & 9pm shows) Russell Hall is no stranger to the Century Room–he most recently paid the room a visit with Roxy Coss’ fantastic quartet this past Fall. This time, he’s bringing his own arrangements to the room for an unforgettably unique night of music!

**Russell Hall**

Russell Hall is an award winning double bassist from Kingston, Jamaica. He was introduced to jazz at the Dillard Center for the Arts directed by Christopher Dorsey. He continued his studies with master bassists Ron Carter and Ben Wolfe at The Juilliard School in New York City. You can find him all over the world, serenading audiences in jazz, rock and all encompassing music idioms. He has performed and recorded with legendary musicians such as Wynton and Branford Marsalis, Jon Batiste and his own band “Bessie and The Rainbowkids. He received nationwide recognition in the popular web series “Live at Emmet’s Place” featuring Emmet Cohen and an onslaught of jazz legends, young lions and seasoned veterans.
