Copper Hall

Downtown Tucson’s Premier Banquet and Event Venue Inside the Historic Hotel Congress

At the heart of downtown Tucson, Copper Hall at Hotel Congress embodies Southwest elegance with its shining tile floors, arched doorways, and floor to ceiling windows. At night, the copper flecked walls glow under chandeliers and candlelight, making Copper Hall one of the most beautiful historic event venues in Tucson.

Our guests love Copper Hall for its unique and memorable ambiance; not to mention, it is only steps away from the most popular dining and entertainment destinations in Tucson – our very own Cup Café and Club Congress. Copper Hall guests can take advantage of all that Hotel Congress has to offer – whether they gather at the lobby bar for a drink after a conference, or stay overnight in one of the vintage style rooms.

“From the moment we met Melissa Matriss in the Copper Hall at Hotel Congress, we knew without a doubt this was going to be our wedding venue. We wanted something that didn’t feel like a “cookie cutter” event and really wanted to embrace and celebrate the historic uniqueness of Tucson. Unlike other venues in town, Copper Hall at Hotel Congress offers as much or as little as you would like. We didn’t pick from a package of pre determined decor, food or bar options. Instead we met multiple times personally with Melissa who graciously guided us along the sometimes overwhelming path of the wedding planning experience! Every detail was completely personalized and tailored specifically to our vision, all while magically staying within our budget. We tasted everything on the seasonal menu and decided on a fantastic array of hors d’oeuvres for our cocktail style reception. Melissa came to the rescue when the first monsoon of the year fell exactly at our scheduled ceremony time. Without missing a beat she rerouted our entire wedding party and we still started on time. The reception was filled with dancing to our favorite songs and sharing laughter and tears of joy with some of our most favorite people. Melissa was on-site and with us every step of the way and went over and above to ensure that our wedding day was in fact, OUR day. Even after our big day has passed, we still have a place at Hotel Congress where we can go and relive all of our beautiful memories over drinks and dinner with friends. Melissa and all of the incredible staff at Hotel Congress continue to welcome us like family and we are forever grateful for their dedication and hospitality.”
