0.5 bottle of Topo Chico (regular, available for purchase in the Market)
0.5 oz. Desert Forager’s Prickly Pear Shrub Syrup (available for purchase in the Market)
1 tsp agave syrup
1 orange slice
Desert Prick: 1.5 oz tequila
Fill a pint glass halfway with ice.
Mix Prickly Pear Shrub Syrup and agave syrup. For the Desert Prick, add tequila to the syrup mix.
Pour syrup mix and Topo Chico over the ice and stir gently.
