Recipe: Grey Garden
New cocktails are hitting the Book of Drinks on April 11th! While you’re waiting to come try the new boozy goodness, use this recipe to make your own Grey Garden at home!

- 1 ½ oz St. George Terroir Gin
- ¾ oz St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
- ¾ oz lemon juice
- ½ oz simple syrup
- 1 bar spoon of crème de violette
- East End Pineapple Mint
- Combine all ingredients except mint into cocktail shaker. Shake hard over ice. Strain into chilled cocktail glass and garnish with mint.
