Cup Cafe — hidden inside the historic, beautifully preserved Hotel Congress — offers hearty American fare and a desirable rotating dessert case.

From 4 – 7 p.m. Monday to Friday, you’ll want to share their happy hour deals. Bring your friends and hang out on the patio or cozy up indoors with $3 pints of draft beer, $4 house red and white wines, and $5 select specialty cocktails. Bar Eats are available in the Tap Room, Lobby bar, Club Congress bar, and on the Plaza.

Seemingly unknown about this Downtown eatery is how great their happy hour is, in both Market and Kitchen sections.

Maynards Kitchen happy hour runs from 4 to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday. A menu full of appetizers, pizzettes, cocktails, wines, and craft beer selections is featured.

If that’s not enough, there’s a reverse happy hour from 10 p.m. to midnight on Friday and Saturday.
